CONSERVAS DEL NOROESTE, S.A. (CONNORSA) participated in the most important fair of quality food products in Europe, the Salón Gourmets (Madrid). Held from October 18th to 21st, where it exhibited a wide range of high quality products distinguished under its reference brands CABO DE PEÑAS, CABO DE PEÑAS ECOLÓGICO and CABO DE PEÑAS GRAN SELECCIÓN.
One of the most relevant moments was the showcooking offered by CABO DE PEÑAS together with its brand ambassador Lucía Freitas, Galician Michelin Star chef, in the tasting area of the Xunta de Galicia. A very special meeting in which CABO DE PEÑAS preserves were the real protagonists, as they were the main ingredient of the haute cuisine elaborations that the Galician chef developed and shared with the attendees through a unique gastronomic experience framed by quality, origin and care for things well done.
